Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain cost and quality.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk.
- Perform deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering and Finance, to align procurement activities with product development roadmaps.
- Manage end-to-end performance metrics, ensuring supplier compliance and continuous improvement of KPIs.
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG initiatives across the global supply base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership.
- Proven track record in managing high-value contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or APICS are considered a major asset.
