Responsibilities
- Execute complex month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budget variance analysis.
- Ensure stringent compliance with tax regulations and internal financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide actionable insights to management to support fiscal decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing candidacy is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP).
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to present findings to stakeholders.
