Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with external auditors for annual tax and financial compliance.
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide insights to senior management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Develop and implement improvements to internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
