Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assist in budget forecasting and financial reporting.
- Support annual external audit requirements and prepare necessary documentation.
- Optimize accounting workflows to improve speed and accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing licensure is highly preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership.
