Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless compliance and transparency.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows to optimize cash flow.
- Develop and implement improvements to internal financial controls.
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional accounting experience.
- CPA designation or CPA candidate status highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP software (NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP regulations and tax compliance.
