Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and support external tax filings.
- Develop and implement internal control policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing candidacy is highly preferred.
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
