Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end month-end close processes and account reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Lead internal audit initiatives and support external tax filing processes.
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights to department heads.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles to ensure cash flow optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal accounting controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline fiscal reporting procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Sage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
