Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end general ledger activities and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely tax filings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automated accounting workflows.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and accrual management.
- Collaborate with department heads to support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 4-6 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
