Responsibilities
- Lead crisis response teams providing immediate psychological first aid to individuals and families experiencing trauma
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for high-risk clients including domestic violence survivors and homeless youth
- Coordinate multidisciplinary case conferences with healthcare providers, legal advocates, and community partners
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations using evidence-based frameworks
- Facilitate therapeutic groups focusing on resilience-building and coping skills development
- Advocate for systemic policy changes through community coalitions and legislative testimony
- Maintain meticulous documentation compliant with HIPAA and state licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited institution
- Washington State Licensure as Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Minimum 5 years post-MSW experience in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Proven ability to navigate complex systems including healthcare, housing, and legal services
- Cultural competence working with LGBTQ+, immigrant, and BIPOC communities
- Advanced proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data-driven outcome measurement
