Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development to a dedicated team of 6-8 case managers and associate social workers.
- Manage a complex, high-priority caseload of families and individuals requiring intensive therapeutic intervention and crisis stabilization.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans complying with state, federal, and local ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers, legal entities, and school districts to build a robust, integrated network of support services.
- Analyze program data and output metrics to continuously optimize service delivery strategies and secure municipal and private grant funding.
- Lead weekly clinical case review meetings and facilitate interdisciplinary crisis-response protocols.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution is strictly required.
- Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or LCSW credential in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in trauma-informed care, evidence-based therapy models, and crisis management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of handling high-stress situations with empathy and assertiveness.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese) is highly desirable for the Boston demographic.
