Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and goals.
- Manage a diverse caseload, providing crisis intervention and ongoing supportive counseling.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with community partners.
- Facilitate weekly support groups and educational workshops for high-risk populations.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including medical staff, legal counsel, and educational advocates.
- Advocate for client services within local government and social assistance programs.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution required.
- Active LICSW or LASW licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in a social services or public health setting.
- Strong proficiency in trauma-informed care practices and systemic intervention models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, integrity, and cultural competency.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for community visits.
