Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
- Lead community outreach programs to engage underserved populations
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing case management for diverse clientele
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, legal advocates, and government agencies
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops on mental health and resource navigation
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior staff and supervise interns in field placements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- Washington State LMSW/LCSW license with minimum 3 years post-MSW experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and harm reduction methodologies
- Experience working with homeless populations and co-occurring disorders
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Somali preferred
- Advanced knowledge of King County social services resources
- Strong data analysis skills for program evaluation and reporting
