Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, housing agencies, and community resources to ensure wraparound care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences to refine intervention strategies.
- Advocate for client needs within the judicial and public service systems.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk individuals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in community mental health or clinical settings.
- Proven ability to navigate complex social systems and advocate for underserved populations.
- Exceptional documentation skills and proficiency with modern EHR software.
- Deep commitment to cultural humility and anti-racist clinical practice.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
