Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families impacted by trauma
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support using evidence-based modalities (CBT, TF-CBT)
- Lead multidisciplinary case conferences and coordinate services across schools, courts, and healthcare providers
- Mentor and supervise 3-5 junior social workers through clinical supervision and performance reviews
- Design and implement community outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Maintain meticulous documentation ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with program directors to evaluate service outcomes and enhance agency protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- Current Illinois LSW/LCSW license with minimum 3 years post-MSW experience
- Specialized training in child trauma, family systems, and crisis intervention
- Demonstrated success in supervising social work staff and managing complex cases
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and data-driven reporting
- Cultural humility with experience serving diverse urban populations
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred
