Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families impacted by trauma
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support using evidence-based modalities (CBT, TF-CBT)
  • Lead multidisciplinary case conferences and coordinate services across schools, courts, and healthcare providers
  • Mentor and supervise 3-5 junior social workers through clinical supervision and performance reviews

Qualifications
