Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management and therapeutic interventions for at-risk children and families
- Develop and implement individualized service plans addressing trauma, behavioral health, and social determinants
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency response for families in acute distress
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Train and mentor junior social workers through supervision and skill-building sessions
- Advocate for systemic change through policy analysis and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- LCSW or LMSW license in New York State
- Minimum 5 years experience in child welfare/family services
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Experience supervising social work staff or interns
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Valid NY driver's license with clean driving record
