Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies for at-risk individuals and families
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create personalized care plans
- Lead multidisciplinary case conferences with healthcare providers and legal partners
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling services
- Oversee caseload of 15-20 high-complexity cases with documentation compliance
- Train and mentor junior staff on clinical best practices and ethical standards
- Collaborate with community organizations to expand service accessibility
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- LCSW/LMSW license with 5+ years clinical experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong assessment skills with diverse populations (homeless, LGBTQ+, refugees)
- Experience supervising staff and program development
- Knowledge of NYC social services system and funding sources
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
