Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized family service plans with measurable outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling to at-risk youth
- Collaborate with schools, courts, and healthcare providers for coordinated care
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and progress documentation
- Mentor junior staff and supervise practicum students
- Analyze community needs to inform program development and policy advocacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- LMSW/LCSW license in New York State
- 3+ years' experience in child welfare or family services
- Certification in Trauma-Focused CBT or equivalent
- Proficiency in electronic health records (e.g., CareLogic)
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
- Valid NYS driver's license with clean record
