Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for at-risk populations including homeless youth and domestic violence survivors
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments using evidence-based screening tools
- Coordinate crisis intervention services with law enforcement and healthcare partners
- Provide trauma-informed counseling to individuals and family groups
- Lead community workshops on mental health awareness and resource navigation
- Advocate for policy improvements through coalition building with local government
- Maintain electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- Minimum 3 years direct service experience in crisis intervention
- Licensure as Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Advanced knowledge of community resources in King County
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
