Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients facing housing instability, mental health challenges, and economic hardship
- Lead crisis intervention teams providing 24/7 support for trauma survivors and families in acute distress
- Coordinate interagency partnerships to connect clients with housing, healthcare, and employment resources
- Supervise casework staff through mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Analyze community needs data to inform program improvements and advocacy initiatives
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Manage complex case loads while maintaining compliance with licensing regulations and funding requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of direct service experience in social services or related field
- New York State LMSW license or eligibility for immediate licensure
- Advanced certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary teams and caseloads
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and data analysis tools
- Fluency in Spanish or another community language preferred
- Experience developing grant proposals and program budgets
