Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for at-risk youth and families
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling using evidence-based modalities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including healthcare providers and law enforcement
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create detailed progress reports
- Advocate for clients within community systems and policy initiatives
- Train junior staff on cultural humility and trauma-informed practices
- Manage caseloads of 20-25 clients with complex needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- LCSW or LICSW license in Massachusetts
- 3+ years direct experience with vulnerable populations
- Certification in Trauma-Focused CBT preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
