Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients facing complex psychosocial challenges
- Lead crisis intervention teams providing 24/7 support to at-risk populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals (psychologists, lawyers, healthcare providers)
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments using evidence-based frameworks
- Supervise junior staff and social work interns in clinical rotations
- Advocate for policy changes through community outreach and legislative partnerships
- Maintain detailed case documentation compliant with HIPAA and agency standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited institution
- LCSW or LMSW license with 5+ years post-licensure experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT)
- Proven crisis intervention experience with vulnerable populations
- Supervisory experience with demonstrated staff development skills
- Cultural competency working with diverse communities across NYC
- Strong analytical skills for program evaluation and data-driven decision making
- Valid NYS driver's license with clean record (required for home visits)
