Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies for at-risk populations
- Lead multidisciplinary case management teams for complex social service cases
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create tailored care plans
- Advocate for systemic change through policy analysis and community partnerships
- Mentor and supervise 3-5 junior social workers using trauma-informed practices
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and government agencies
- Secure funding through grant writing and program development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited institution
- LCSW licensure in Illinois with minimum 5 years post-MSW experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and program evaluation
- Experience supervising social work teams and developing staff
- Certification in Trauma-Focused CBT or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
