Responsibilities
- Lead crisis intervention teams providing immediate support to vulnerable populations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients facing complex challenges
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and government agencies to coordinate services
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and maintain accurate case documentation
- Train and mentor junior social workers on trauma-informed practices
- Advocate for policy changes addressing systemic barriers to social services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- LCSW licensure in Illinois with minimum 3 years post-MSW experience
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Experience developing community outreach programs for at-risk populations
- Strong analytical skills for complex case assessment and documentation
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
