Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- Provide crisis counseling and case management for diverse populations including refugees and LGBTQ+ youth
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and coordinate multi-agency support services
- Lead community outreach initiatives to reduce barriers to healthcare and social services
- Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to HIPAA and agency compliance standards
- Mentor junior staff through clinical supervision and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- LCSW licensure in New York State with 3+ years post-MSW experience
- Proven expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention protocols
- Experience collaborating with healthcare, legal, and educational systems
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
