Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- LCSW licensure in Washington State
- 3+ years direct client experience in crisis intervention
- Proven expertise in trauma-informed care methodologies
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
