Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and create personalized care plans
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to individuals/families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Develop and implement outreach programs for at-risk populations
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Supervise junior staff and interns in clinical practice
- Advocate for policy changes to address systemic barriers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 5+ years progressive experience in direct social services
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Expertise in crisis intervention and case management
- Proven ability to work with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, refugees, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of community resources and referral systems
- Strong data analysis skills for outcome reporting
