Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for at-risk populations
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling services
- Coordinate community resources and partner with local organizations
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and progress evaluations
- Advocate for policy changes affecting vulnerable communities
- Mentor junior staff and supervise practicum students
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- LCSW or LSW licensure in Illinois
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in direct social services
- Expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong knowledge of local social service systems and resources
- Excellent communication and cultural competency skills
- Experience with program development and evaluation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
