Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Coordinate crisis response services for vulnerable populations including survivors of domestic violence
- Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on trauma-informed care and resilience building
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and legal advocates to create integrated support systems
- Manage caseloads of 25+ clients while maintaining documentation compliance with NYS regulations
- Design and implement community workshops on mental health literacy and resource navigation
- Mentor junior staff through clinical supervision and best practice training
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- LCSW license in New York State with minimum 3 years post-licensure experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed methodologies
- Experience developing culturally responsive programs for diverse urban populations
- Advanced proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., CareLogic, Qualifacts)
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish strongly preferred
