Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients facing housing instability, mental health challenges, and systemic barriers
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling to individuals and families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, legal services, and community organizations to create holistic support networks
- Advocate for policy changes affecting marginalized populations through research and community mobilization
- Lead case management teams, supervising junior staff and ensuring service quality standards
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and outcome measurements to program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State
- 5+ years direct experience in crisis intervention and case management
- Proven success in developing trauma-informed programs for vulnerable populations
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state social service regulations and compliance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and supervising social workers
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) preferred
