Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention for individuals and families
- Develop and implement personalized care plans connecting clients with community resources
- Lead community outreach initiatives to identify at-risk populations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Supervise casework staff and provide clinical supervision for licensure
- Advocate for policy changes at local government meetings
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and social service agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- NYS LMSW or LCSW license with 3+ years post-licensure experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention models
- Experience supervising social work teams and program development
- Strong knowledge of NYC social service systems and benefit programs
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
