Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for at-risk youth and families
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and crisis interventions
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Provide trauma-informed counseling and case management services
- Mentor and supervise 3-4 junior social workers
- Facilitate support groups for survivors of domestic violence
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in agency program development and evaluation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- 3+ years direct service experience in child welfare or mental health
- LCSW or LMSW license in New York State
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Valid NY driver's license with clean record
