Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing case management for vulnerable populations
- Facilitate therapeutic groups on topics including trauma recovery and life skills
- Collaborate with community partners to coordinate resources and service delivery
- Advocate for systemic change through policy analysis and community organizing
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency standards
- Mentor junior staff through supervision and training opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Licensure as LMSW or LCSW in New York State
- Minimum 5 years of direct practice experience in community-based settings
- Proven expertise in trauma-informed care and cultural humility
- Strong crisis intervention skills with diverse populations
- Experience developing and implementing program evaluations
- Valid NYS driver's license with clean driving record
