Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans for clients facing complex social barriers
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide crisis intervention services
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and government agencies to ensure integrated care
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and community workshops on resilience-building
- Advocate for policy changes and resource allocation to address systemic inequities
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA/FERPA regulations
- Mentor junior staff and supervise practicum students in field education
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in child welfare or mental health settings
- LCSW or LCSW-PA licensure in California
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT)
- Demonstrated cultural competence with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ communities
- Strong assessment, documentation, and crisis management skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
