Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for at-risk individuals and families
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling services
- Collaborate with community organizations to build resource networks
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and document client progress
- Advocate for policy changes affecting vulnerable populations
- Mentor junior social workers and supervise field placements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification required
- Minimum 5 years experience in direct practice with vulnerable populations
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's social service ecosystem
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
