Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for vulnerable populations including youth, seniors, and marginalized communities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

  • Current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
