Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans for clients navigating complex social challenges
- Lead crisis response protocols for high-risk populations including domestic violence and homelessness
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships to address systemic barriers in healthcare, housing, and education
- Provide clinical supervision to junior staff and interns while maintaining ethical practice standards
- Conduct community needs assessments to inform program development and resource allocation
- Advocate for policy changes at municipal level through data-driven research and testimonies
- Maintain comprehensive client documentation compliant with HIPAA and state regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited institution
- LCSW licensure in Illinois with 5+ years post-licensure experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed methodologies
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and program budgets
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and data analytics
- Knowledge of Chicago's social services ecosystem and public resources
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record for home visits
