Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management and counseling services to individuals and families facing complex challenges
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans addressing housing stability, mental health, and economic security
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resources and ensure holistic client care
- Conduct community outreach and education initiatives to promote social service awareness
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Supervise junior staff and provide mentorship in trauma-informed care practices
- Analyze community needs and contribute to program development and policy advocacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification required
- Minimum 5 years of direct practice experience in social services
- Expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed methodologies
- Proven ability to navigate complex community resources and systems
- Strong cultural competency and experience serving diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with vulnerable clients
- Experience in program evaluation and data-driven decision making
