Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive social service programs tailored to diverse urban populations.
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ caseworkers, providing clinical supervision and professional development.
- Manage multimillion-dollar program budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee high-level crisis intervention strategies and complex case resolutions.
- Analyze program data to drive continuous improvement and report impact to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure 100% compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or a related field is strictly required.
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in social services or non-profit management.
- Proven track record in grant writing and successfully securing public/private funding.
- Expert-level knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis management protocols.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Case Management Software and data analytics tools.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a significant advantage.
