Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based social service programs for at-risk communities
- Oversee case management operations for 50+ clients with complex needs
- Lead cross-functional teams including counselors, advocates, and volunteers
- Collaborate with government agencies and community partners to secure resources
- Analyze program outcomes and optimize service delivery using data-driven approaches
- Manage grant reporting and compliance with funding requirements
- Provide clinical supervision and professional development for staff
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (MSW preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in social services management
- Licensure in New York State (LMSW or LCSW)
- Proven success in grant writing and program development
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly desirable
