We're seeking a dynamic Senior Social Services Coordinator to spearhead our community outreach programs in Seattle's underserved neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies for at-risk populations
- Oversee case management for 30+ clients with complex psychosocial needs
- Coordinate community partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and government agencies
- Lead crisis intervention protocols and emergency response initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and program evaluations
- Supervise junior staff and interns in clinical supervision settings
- Advocate for policy changes at municipal level through research-backed proposals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (MSW preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in direct social services
- Licensure in Washington State (LSW, LCSW, LMHC)
- Expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care models
- Proven program development and grant management experience
- Cultural competency working with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ communities
- Advanced knowledge of local social service resources and referral systems
- Data analysis skills for outcome measurement and reporting
