Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for programs.
- Develop and implement personalized case management plans for high-risk individuals.
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling to clients in distress.
- Facilitate coordination between community agencies, healthcare providers, and legal entities.
- Maintain precise, confidential electronic case records in accordance with state regulations.
- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings to review caseload progress and service efficacy.
- Advocate for systemic improvements and equitable access to essential social services.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field required.
- Current Washington State License (LSW or LCSW) in good standing.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in social work or human services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care and crisis de-escalation techniques.
- Strong understanding of local community resources and public assistance programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based visits.
