Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily on-site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local regulations (BCA) to maintain a zero-incident environment.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team of engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client, stakeholders, and the project team.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with architectural designs and engineering specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in site management, preferably in high-rise or commercial construction.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong knowledge of local Building and Construction Authority (BCA) codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid Singaporean Driving License (Class 3).
