Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct all phases of construction projects from initial site analysis to final handover, ensuring alignment with client vision and company standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and government officials, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Manage on-site operations, including subcontractor supervision, safety protocols, and quality assurance checks.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Timeline Management: Develop realistic schedules and proactively identify risks to keep projects on track and minimize delays.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
