Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution for $5M+ commercial developments
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination
- Implement rigorous quality control protocols and safety compliance exceeding OSHA standards
- Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance across municipal jurisdictions
- Drive innovation in sustainable construction practices and green building certifications
- Conduct weekly stakeholder communications and progress reporting to executive leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and cost controls while maintaining project timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in project leadership
- Proven expertise in large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects ($10M+ value)
- LEED AP BD+C certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, and Primavera P6 project management software
- OSST 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendor management experience
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
