  • Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance across municipal jurisdictions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in project leadership
  • Proven expertise in large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects ($10M+ value)
  • LEED AP BD+C certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
  • Proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, and Primavera P6 project management software
  • OSST 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required
