Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety compliance measures
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges in real-time
- Utilize BIM software for 3D modeling and clash detection
- Generate progress reports and maintain documentation compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials preferred
- Expert proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 15+ personnel
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and change orders
