Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security infrastructure aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Lead the investigation, analysis, and response to complex security incidents and breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Develop and automate security monitoring tools to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and evolving security technologies to ensure proactive defense.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desired.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and incident response frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
