Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to deployment

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and deep learning frameworks
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in data science preferred
