Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and regression analysis to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements and analytical frameworks.
- Document data processes and create comprehensive data dictionaries for internal stakeholders.
- Produce clear, concise, and persuasive executive summaries that drive strategic action.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis.
- Advanced certification or hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
