Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on scalability, latency, and throughput.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines using industry-standard tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for junior engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI research community and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
