Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud, network, and application layers
- Lead incident response protocols including threat hunting, containment, and forensic analysis
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python and DevSecOps practices
- Conduct comprehensive penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles
- Mentor junior security professionals and drive security awareness initiatives
- Stay ahead of emerging threats through continuous research and threat intelligence analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in senior engineering roles
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Deep understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards
- Proven experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong programming skills (Python, Go) and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to operate under pressure during security incidents
